Hubei Yanhong Robot Technology Co., Ltd. is based in Wuhan and carries out research, manufacturing and service around robotic dresspacks, industrial harnesses and companion components, serving robotic applications in automotive manufacturing, new energy, 3C, handling and grinding.
2. How the quality system reaches the project
The company has adopted the quality management and control tools associated with IATF 16949 (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA). Quality management is not only a certificate; it has to reach the BOM, process records, inspection and traceability.
3. About standards participation
The company led the drafting and, together with other organisations, completed three group standards: T/QGCML 3326-2024 Interface Specification for Industrial Robot Dresspacks, T/QGCML 3327-2024 Installation Specification for Industrial Robot Dresspacks and T/UNP 354-2024 Technical Specification for Collaborative Robot Dresspacks, filling a gap in domestic standards in this field.

4. About product verification
In our own testing, no abnormality was found after 5 million flexing cycles, while the torsion specimen showed whitening at the mid-section, with no fracture recorded. The test report number is ADTK20240624008F; the relevant torsion test method is GB/T 37220-2018 and the flexing test method is GB/T 5565.1-2017; ingress protection is confirmed by testing to GB/T 4208-2017, and flame retardancy can be tested to GB/T 2408-2021. As of September 2026 the company holds 39 patents: 19 utility models, 19 design patents and 1 invention patent.
5. Boundaries of quality and certification
The company holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management system certification; the CE documentation applies to the models listed in the certificate; the RoHS report covers the submitted mounting bracket specimen. Certificates and reports each have their own scope and cannot be extended into a conclusion for every series and every working condition.
6. Delivery and service
Services include early-stage selection, CAD confirmation, dedicated BOM, installation guidance, spare parts and after-sales technical support. Specific lead times, warranty and on-site service are governed by the project contract and the current schedule.
